Machine Dips 5 Sets : 10 Reps x5
Incline Press Using Hammer And Strength Machine 5 Sets : 15 Kg (A Side) - 15 Reps, 20 Kg (A Side) - 15 Reps, 25 Kg (A Side) - 12 Reps, 30 Kg (A Side) - 10 Reps, 10 Kg (A Side) - 20 Reps (Drop Weight Super Set).
Dumbbell Bench Press 5 Sets : 12 Kg - 15 Reps, 15 Kg - 15 Reps, 20 Kg - 12 Reps, 24 Kg - 10 Reps, 11 Kg - 20 Reps (Drop Weight Super Set)
Dumbbell Pull Over 4 Sets : 18 Kg - 12 Reps, 20 Kg - 12 Reps, 24 Kg - 12 Reps, 27 Kg - 10 Reps.
Underhand Grip Seated Chest Press 5 Sets : 90 Lbs - 20 Reps, 110 Kg - 20 Reps, 130 Lbs - 20 Reps, 150 Lbs - 15 Reps, 70 Lbs - 30 Reps (Drop Weight Super Set).
Vertical Seated Butterfly 6 Sets : 80 Lbs - 15 Reps, 90 Lbs - 15 Reps, 100 Lbs - 15 Reps, 110 Lbs - 12 Reps, 120 Lbs - 12 Reps, 70 Lbs - 20 Reps (Drop Weight Super Set)
Cable Chest Cross-Over 4 Sets : 40 Lbs - 20 Reps, 50 Lbs - 20 Reps, 60 Lbs - 20 Reps, 70 Lbs - 15 Reps
Low Pulley Cable Chest Fly 5 Sets : 30 Lbs - 15 Reps x5

SHOULDER SESSION
Dumbell Press 3 Sets : 7 Kg - 20 Reps, 8 Kg - 18 Reps, 11 Kg - 15 Reps
Dumbbell Arnold Press 3 Sets : 7 Kg - 15 Reps, 8 Kg - 12 Reps, 12 Kg - 10 Reps.
Plate Front Raise 3 Sets : 10 Kg - 15 Reps x3
Bent Arm Lateral Raise 4 Sets : 8 Kg - 15 Reps x2, 11 Kg - 15 Reps x2.

So Just Like My Previous Session I Incoporated Not Just One Muscles Session But Two. Although The Second Session Is Not Really A Concentrated One Rather More Of A Quick Pump To Get It Ready For The My Next Session.. So This Is My New Approach Gonna Add To It For The Next Few Months See If There Is Any Results To My Body.. Why Did I Do It?  My Aim Is To Fastened Fat Loss By Doing High Reps More Sets In A Session. Hence Why I Hardly Use Big Weight Anymore.. I Also Hope By Doing So My Endurance Level Could Increase And Since I'm Back Jogging On The Road.. That Really Makes A Significant Improvement Stamina Wise.
I Know There Are Lots Of Pros And Cons About Doing Lots Of Exercise But I Always Listen To My Body.. I Stop When I Can't Continue.. And More Importantly I Give It A Good Rest As Well.
