
The Body Is Not As Sore As It Was Yesterday.. So Ada Chance Lah Aku Kan Jog Later.. My Goodness I'm Part Nervous Part Scared Jua Ni.. Its Almost Or Maybe Over 2 Weeks Since I Had My Last Jog.. Kompom Ni Jubur Sakit Punggung Sakit Hahaha But Like They All Always Said No Pain No Gain.. I Think Y'all Must Have Known That A Few Days Back I Went To Harun Gym.. No Plan Whatsoever Kali Mendgr C Jirul N Kirin Ke Sana Might As Well I Just Popped Up.. Bad Idea? No Laa Way Got Maaa.. I Had The Best Of Time.. Kana Seksa? Well Of Coz.. Namanya Gym Kalau Nda Bida Mua.. Hangit Badan.. Sakit Nyilu Badan Nda Sah Hahaha.. I Swear To God I Forgot The Smell Of That Place.. And How Tiring It Was.. Over 2 Years I Quit Going To The Gym.. Mun Dulu Every Other Day I'll Be There And When I Have To Much On My Mind That Is The Place I Go To Release My Anger..
God I Hate Oats.. Nganya Menganangkan Trying To Lose A Few Inches Off My Belly Ani Bah Malas Ku Kan Makan Ni.. Its Tasteless But Hey Kan Baik Untuk Kesihatan.. Iatah I Talk To A Few Of The Lads The Other Night.. To Go Back The Way I Was Before With All These Strict Diet Stuff.. I Seriously Don't Know If I Have The Heart For It Anymore.. Iatah I'm Doing The Best I Could At The Moment By Menjaga Saja Pengambilan Makanan Sedikit2.. See Where It Leads And For Most Cardio Workout Is A Must.. I Just Need To Discipline Myself Saja Insya Allah.. Anyway This Is For Now.. Later Loveable Creatures :p
